Storage-based pricing: You choose how much workspace storage you need (2–100 GB), then add unlimited users at just $3.5 per user. A fixed $7 platform fee per workspace covers AWS infrastructure, real-time collaboration, backups, and performance.
White‑labeling available: You can request a fully branded, dedicated Lottae instance for your organization. Additional charges apply.

Your data is stored securely on AWS data centers in the United States, with encrypted backups.
How fast is support response time?
During support hours (09:00 AM–04:00 PM EST, Mon–Fri), typical response times range from 15 minutes to 2 hours.
